James Everett Lewis hails from Pratt Institute of The Arts and Sciences (BArch, 2004) - and has an extensive knowledge of both real estate law and the teachings imparted by the Professors at Pratt.

 

James has often advised on sucessful renovations, increasing apartment "rentability" and resulting increases in rent rolls for Owners, and has been hired to do everything from staging apartments to advising on and then completing successful eviction proceedings, representing Owner.
